Our amazing first grade teacher, Ms. Julie Andric received a Teacher Fellowship to go on a 9 day expedition to Costa Rica this summer with the Earthwatch Institute. She’ll be working with a team of researchers and teachers to observe and study trees and wildlife to see if tree planting efforts are supporting ecosystems and biodiversity. Sharing results and resources with other teachers on her return to strengthen our school wide science program. We are so proud of her!
